| Connect
tubing on trap to the endoscope and connect the suction tubing to the top
of the trap. Make sure the trap is set at the number 1 position.
After
the first tissue specimen is retrieved, rotate the top of the trap clockwise
until it stops. It will automatically line up in the number 2 position.
After
the second tissue specimen is retrieved, remove the trap from the endoscope
and then remove the lid off the trap.
Remove
the numbered trap baskets and place the entire removable basket with the
specimen into the appropriate container.
Discard
the remaining portion of the trap.
